I see a mix of Akamai, Amazon, Apple (iOS/macOS updates?), Edgio, Fastly for direct peers. I haven't dug into transit but I see spikes on Arelion and Cogent.
Quick search is showing me multiple possibilities: Fallout 76 update, PS5 firmware update, possibly Fortnite update.
