If anyone from Charter could contact me off list would appreciate it. Troubleshooting an issue for slow performance to remote users using with a hardware IPsec appliance. If I use a different egress circuit from my network, fixes the issue. It seems to be resolved after a few days, and the transit AS (Lumen) does not see any issues in their path.
