Looking at some Tier 1 network operator logos and statements on that notification, Is this only about choice of network electronics deployment for future.. Would this really change Internet interconnection dynamics to 3Cs operators in US or adjustments in EU or Asia also ? How about sub sea capacity into the US. Probably there are many cables owned by consortium of Asian operators for many years ... ? Danny
