We should add to the charm:
Params to configure the checks similar to the way we do with nrpe charm
Params to add the nagios_host_context like in the nrpe charm
Ability to disable the checks entirely if we wish
Or maybe, remove the localhost checks completely and make use of nrpe
(via subordinate charm) to monitor the local nagios box. Ideally, it
would be a different nagios server monitoring the nagios server anyway.

nagios unit local checks should be editable

Bug description:
When the Nagios charm is deployed (lxd, vm, bare-metal) it also adds it self
to the checks.
But these checks arn't configurable via the charm. I get a lot of load
messages from the localhost it self.
Would be nice if this can be configured.
