Okay, I upgraded ivtvdev_drv.o to:
(II) LoadModule: "ivtvdev"
(II) Loading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/ivtvdev_drv.o
(II) Module ivtv: vendor="The XFree86 Project"
compiled for 4.3.0, module version = 0.10.6
ABI class: XFree86 Video Driver, version 0.6
Also, I am using the -xxmc option but the video is still choppy from the
DVD.

Is there a way to verify that the xv driver is loaded on the 350?
I have tried the above settings and it doesn't work so well and I
have installed the ivtv_xdriver from atrpms.net <http://atrpms.net>
Thanks
Nate
In your X log file (Xorg.0.log for me) you should see a section like
this:
(II) LoadModule: "ivtvdev"
(II) Loading /usr/lib/modules/drivers/ivtvdev_drv.o
(II) Module ivtv: vendor="The XFree86 Project"
compiled for 4.3.0, module version = 0.10.6
