Are they in the database OK?
Try this -

I can see the channels there, and there are 207 channels listed, but
around 52 are displayed in the program guide. Some of these are
disabled (such as the other regional BBC1 and BBC2 channels) but many
are not listed such as many of the music channels.
Any idea why?
Could be a couple of things, in the settings there is an option
something like "Don't display channels which don't have a channel number".
In MythWeb, in the setup/channels page, there is a column at the end
with check boxs that make the channel visible, no tick make the channel
disappear from the frontend view.
What version/OS are you running?
