I'm trying to get myth running on a PVR-350 and am having trouble with
video playback. I have X running over ivtvdev fine but when I try and
play a recording in myth it stutters really badly and I get this in the
frontend logs.
2005-10-07 12:27:46.740 Could not find suitable XVideo surface.
2005-10-07 12:27:46.741 Falling back to X shared memory.
2005-10-07 12:27:46.742 *** May be slow ***
2005-10-07 12:27:48.131 Changing from None to WatchingPreRecorded
2005-10-07 12:27:48.134 Using realtime priority.
I am running a fully patched Fedora Core 2 on a M6000 EPIA and a svn
myth build from yesterday. My ivtv version is 0.3.8 from at-stable.
Has anyone run across this before?
