Have you definitely checked the box in the frontend setup to "Use
PVR-350 decoder"? As your xorg configuration is using the framebuffer
on the PVR-350 for X it will use the fb device by default.

Also, in your xorg.conf file, you have:

 Modes "720x576-74" 

in your Screen section. In not sure if the -74 should be there, I just use:

Modes "720x576"

Please also post the relevant output from your mythfrontend logfile
when trying to play video through the PVR350..
