My Air2PC (nxt2002) tunes my Comcast (New Haven) QAM just fine... the  
unencrypted ones (not InHD or InHD2, but broadcast and ESPN). On 0.17  
DVB / FC3 RPMs (AT). It also works with VSB for over-the-air.
