I don't know if you are having the same problem, but a couple of months ago my database was corrupted and I got error messages something like these. (I can't remember if they were the same, though.)
I fixed it by running the command "mysqlcheck -r -u <username> -p<password> mythconverg". (Repairs a corrupted database.)
