You have two options. Both options have worked for me.

(1) You can download the ivtv-kmdl (version 0.2.0-60_rc3d) appropriate for your kernel version from <ftp://ftp.lug.ro/mirror/atrpms.net/fedora/3/en/i386/RPMS.at-bleeding/>. You will also need to download video4linux-kmdl (version 20041005_125709-53) appropriate for your kernel version, because the this version ivtv-kmdl requires video4linux-kmdl.

(2) You could download the latest source from <http://205.209.168.201/~ckennedy/ivtv/> and build them yourself.
