I'm not clear as to what you are attempting to use it for. I have mine setup so that both outputs are initialized as framebuffers, with the secondary configured for NTSC, using the adapter (RCA plug). I've got a document you could look at, don't know how much help it will be, but it is another resource.
http://www.schaefer.dhcp.biz/matrox.htm I should mention I use X Windows on both displays, and have a custom X application running independently on the television port. MythTV doesn't use the Matrox card, but I don't see why using a movie player couldn't playback over it, regardless of whether you use the Matrox X server (driver) or framebuffer X server (driver). ----- Original Message ----- From: Bernd Mller <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Tuesday, March 1, 2005 11:48 am Subject: [mythtv-users] [ Matrox G400 TV-Out ] RGB Cable > Hello; > > I've read much about the Matrox G400 (Max) an it's exquisite tv- > out in this > mailing-list.
