As the torrent for mythbuntu-16.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso no longer exists on
the tracker, the user has to work out how to download mythbuntu for themselves.
1. http://www.mythbuntu.org/downloads needs to be updated to point to 16.04.2
or
2. http://torrent.ubuntu.com:6969/announce needs to be reseeded for
mythbuntu-16.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso
