Bug description:
/var/www/mythweb/data/video and /var/www/mythweb/data/video_covers are
incorrectly linked.
They should be /var/lib/mythtv/videos and ~/.mythtv/MythVideo
NOTE:
I'm proposing that the default storage directory for video_covers is changed
to /var/lib/mythtv/video_covers in the mythvideo package. This requires
changing a default database value and creating the directory on package install.
