I tried looking into the v27 theme as well, did not see a template nor can I tell how it's populating that text area.
I'm noticing another issue when I go to Setup > Screen Setup Wizards. Mythfrontend is crashing when going to this with the new v28 theme. Mythfrontend log only shows the following when selecting this menu item and then crashes: Mar 24 12:53:50 Basement mythfrontend.real: mythfrontend[1692]: I CoreContext mythmainwindow.cpp:2590 (LockInputDevices) Locking input devices Mar 24 12:53:50 Basement mythfrontend.real: mythfrontend[1692]: N CoreContext mythmainwindow.cpp:2638 (PauseIdleTimer) Suspending idle timer Mar 24 12:53:50 Basement mythfrontend.real: mythfrontend[1692]: I CoreContext mythudplistener.cpp:56 (Disable) UDPListener: Disabling > On Mar 24, 2014, at 12:31 PM, Thomas Mashos <1296...@bugs.launchpad.net> > wrote: > > The difference between those two locations is that the one in /usr is > system wide (and thus not writable by the user), and the one in ~/ is > only for that user (and obviously writable by that user). The EPG does not display the channel name/num/callsign based on what's set in the TV Settings > General > Preferred Channel Format, it kind of randomly displays either the channel number twice for one channel or sometimes a channel number and callsign or name... I can't figure out why certain channels would be different? 2.
