yeah, there's a whole lot wrong with that.
1. you're using the wrong versions of mysql,
the freebsd sparc64 version wont work on solaris,
perhaps you should get the solaris package?
hrm, just a thought...

and 2, it actually has to be installed before you try to run it,
best option is to read the INSTALL-BINARY docs that come with
the solaris version.

trying to get a freebsd binary working on solaris is in for a world of
pain tho.
