I am using MySQL 5.0 at the moment with a number of databases. These databases are created to learn MySQL. Some of the tables are Innodb. I would like to remove MySQL 5.0 and install 4.0.18. What do I need to do to reserve the databases so that I can continue to use them in 4.0.18.Dump all your databases with 'mysqldump' and then import them into your new installation.
