Check out colossus.net (http://www.colossus.net). I've used them for years. They have options available from sharing a server with several other people up to having your own dedicated server. The last time I checked, they had two T-3, one T-1, and some kind of Ethernet connection. They also have good tech support. They are running Linux (not sure which distro), Apache, PHP, MySQL, ssh, etc. I highly recommend them.
