The recommended way to quickly check all tables is:

myisamchk --silent --fast /path/to/datadir/*/*.MYI
isamchk --silent /path/to/datadir/*/*.ISM

that's from the mysql manual, sectio 4.4.6 Using myisamchk for Table
Maintenance and Crash Recovery
