If you have installed MySQL from MySQL's rpms (not RedHat ones) then
you can probably find mysql.h as /usr/include/mysql/mysql.h and
mysql_config as /usr/bin/mysql_config

If you still can't find the files, please ensure that you have
installed all the MySQL-*.i386.rpm packages, especially I'm talking
about MySQL-devel.
