Hi, I've read http://www.mysql.com/doc/L/i/Linux.html, and I want to build glibc 2.2.4 on RedHat 6.2 and Slackware 7.1 (currently 2.1.x glibc's). My question : how to build a glibc for MySQL-only, as recommended ? Thus, howto dump it in some directory, and use it in the build process ? Also, do I still need to adjust the STACK_SIZE and PTHREAD_THREADS_MAX ?
