On 95% of cases this means that MySQL database files are corrupted and
giving unpredictable results. You should fix them using "myisamchk"(read
the manual about details). Another possibility is hardware problem but
this anyway leads to broken files.
If you can reproduce case where MySQL breaks database then you have
found a bug prorably not. Just table is broken because power fail and
everything else is just because this.
