MySQL 5.0 was installed up to the point where I tried to start it in Instnace Configuration wizard. It won't start at all even mysqld and mysqld --safe-mode
I'm getting frustrated -- hosed hard drive, reinstalled Windows 2000 Pro and installed MySQL 5.0 and it still *wont* run. -- Please avoid sending me Word or PowerPoint attachments. See http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/no-word-attachments.html
