I think that generating the INSERT statement (the 4.1.x behavior) should not be a problem. Can you try again to describe what it is you would like to do, how you are trying to do it, and what is not happening in the manner you desire? I can tell that English is not your native language. I usually do not make this suggestion (as this is an English mailing list) but there are several on the list that do speak Portuguese (and Spanish) so perhaps you could try describing your problem that way, too.
