Thanks for all the tips. I was able to import it with
Navicat. In fact, I was amazed at how smoothly it
went. I think it imported about 30 separate tables -
nearly 4 million rows - before Navicat froze. But I
was working on some other programs and probably ran
out of memory.

It recorded over 8,000 errors - duplicate keys, etc. -
but most of those seemed to be associated with viruses
(REAL viruses, not computer viruses), which I'm not
concerned about.
