DBMS's are not languages, they are implementations.

No I can't. As stated, is is a *suspicion*. Something I think may be true, but I'm not sure, and may be incorrect. If I were sure, I would have stated it as fact.


I have neither the time nor the inclination to do the research to substantiate my impression. It's just not that important.
