For cases like this, we recommend using the *Backup/Restore functionality*
on Android or iOS. You can access this feature in *Settings → Backup
Profile*.

We also have a step-by-step guide on transferring data between devices on
the same platform:
Transfer MLO Data to Another Device
<https://www.mylifeorganized.net/support/transfer-data-to-another-computer/?filter-condition=filter-android>

Regarding your question, it is necessary to use the backup option for each
of the existing profiles in MLO. Some settings not tied to a specific
profile may need to be reconfigured manually. The Android OS does not
handle application data as well as you might expect. The application data
is scattered in different directories, the location of which depends on the
Android version, and the most important of these directories only become
visible/accessible after obtaining root rights on the device. On the
Internet you can find a description of how to work with these applications
on rooted devices. We do not recommend such work and do not guarantee
success.
