Hi Fernando, Sounds like you have an appointment & a task.
Here is what I will do: 01. I will set a class appointment in my google calendar. In your case, which is on Wednesday 9am - 10am with 5 minutes before start alarm. ( or multiple alarms :-) ) 02. In MLO, i will create a project for the class ( Class X ). then, 03. Create a task under the project ( Prepare materials for Class X) and set the start date 2 days before class with reminder in MLO to remind me. This way, everything will be very clear. Calendar for appointments & MLO for tasks. Hope this helps.
