Steve GredHill, You can change the key trigger of the AHK for any other hotkey and trigger from within PhraseExpress ...
E.g.: AHK --> CTRL+UP --> Change the hotKey to CTRL+F9 PhraseExpress --> Run (trigger) CTRL+F9 In short: Everything would be done in AHK, and PhraseExpress only trigger the desired command.
