mutt 2.2.14 released

This is a bug-fix release[2], fixing two crash bugs, an attachment filename encoding issue, and adding a new config for S/MIME pkcs7 handling. It's been a long while since I've done a release, and I've had to rebuild my development environment on my new laptop. It's possible I've goofed something. Please let me know if you find a problem with the release tarball.
