I do, and I try to be ruthless doing it. Since I copy every single piece of email into my IMAP 'bak' mailfolder, where it sits for 180 days before it is automatically deleted, I make sure that I can get back anything I might delete by mistake or modify the wrong way. Even though I still have thousands and thousands of older email that I want to eventually tackle (meaning look through and delete), you know, when I get the time... (LOL).
