Thanks for the help! I'll keep an eye on that. Although the symptoms seem to be somewhat different: - In the bug, the problem seems to be related to the search command, while I experience the problem regularly, but completely independently from searching. - In the bug, the problem seems to be somewhat reproducible. They even have some archive of the gcc maling list to reproduce, while for me it is pretty much random when the problem is triggered. - In the bug, the problem seems to be triggered only when attachments are present in the mail. For me, the bug is triggered even if there are no attachments at all in the displayed messages. I just confirmed that by alternately showing http://lists.mutt.org/pipermail/mutt-users/Week-of-Mon-20201214/002273.html http://lists.mutt.org/pipermail/mutt-users/Week-of-Mon-20201214/002274.html jumping back and forth between those two messages, which both do not have any attachments. This way I could trigger the problem by not touching any attachments at all. I guess I'll need to go to the opensuse list to clarify whether the bug is related to me or maybe this is a completely new one. -- Josef Wolf j...@raven.inka.de
