Hi Peter, Debian testing and experimental now package 'mutt' and 'neomutt' separately. 'mutt' is the package from the official maintainer whereas 'neomutt' has the extra patches. To achieve what you want it's probably enough to install the 'neomutt' package rather than 'mutt'.
