Nested Folders in Mutt?

For keeping track of GTD-related tasks, I like to have a top-level
folder called, 'GTD', with sub-folders underneath such as: 'TODO',
'PENDING', 'DELEGATE', and 'DONE'.

Is it possible to setup this nested folder structure within Mutt?
