[tried on IRC, but it was pretty quiet there, so trying here]

I'm trying to transition from claws-mail to mutt and have hit a snag.
I'd like to configure mutt to automatically extract the receiving
address and use that as the From: address for replies. So I started
with the guide found here:

  http://dev.mutt.org/trac/wiki/UseCases/MultiAccounts

I've set reverse_name=yes and have my "alternatives" set correctly.
So now when I reply to a message where I'm in the To: field (and
possibly the CC field), it correctly sets the From: based on the
corresponding recipient in the message to which I'm replying.

However, for certain mailing-lists, "my" address only appears in the
Envelope-To: header of the message source. When I attempt to use the
above settings, it defaults to my usual From address, which suggests
it's not trying to compare the Envelope-To: headers against the
"alternatives" for the purpose of extracting my address.

Is there some setting I've missed, or some way around this to have
mutt extract my From: address using the Envelope-To: header?

Thanks,

PS: in case it matters, these are maildir message files synced to my
IMAP server using offlineimap.
