Well, if I omit the angle brackets my mutt interprets this macro as a series of keystrokes, i.e. it marks the current message (t) and tries to save the senders address (a). At this point I can break the macro. > Looks a bit like a hint that it won't work there? Seems to be. For now I stop investigating on this "problem" since it would be a "nice-to-have" feature.
