I have checked the version I'm currently using:

guru@c720-r276659 ~]$ pkg info | fgrep mutt-1
mutt-1.5.23_5 The Mongrel of Mail User Agents
(development version)
[guru@c720-r276659 ~]$ ls -l /usr/PKGDIR-20141018/mutt-1.5.23_5.txz
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  1613360 20 oct  2014
/usr/PKGDIR-20141018/mutt-1.5.23_5.txz

i.e. which was compiled on i386 (another host) in October 2014 and this
has the same problem;
