No, the bulk of email gets either a "d" or "s" and moving to the next message is fine. Except in the case where I would like to reply. Setting resolve to no would create extra steps for the ones to which I don't reply. Thinking about it, a "delete AND reply" would be useful as well as a "save AND reply". Jon -- Jon H.
