definitively that you want AUTH-SMTP.

I added only one change to the sample.muttrc
and saved it to ~/.muttrc

You need EITHER:
   set smtp_url=smtps://usern...@smtpout.secureserver.net:465
OR:
   set smtp_user=username

I believe you'll be prompted for a password then.

same error
same no prompt for password
I have tried with and without ""
