Although I have a little over one thousand mail folders¹, it only takes
seconds. That is because <Up-Arrow> cycles through the list of last
_visited_ folders, in reverse order.

If that is too hard, then hit 'y' instead of 'c', and pick a mailbox
from the presented list. If the folder to return to isn't a mailbox,
therefore does not appear in the list, and tapping <Up-Arrow> still
doesn't appeal, then this may help:

Hit 'c', type the first few characters of the destination folder name,
hit <Tab> twice, then select from that shortlist. There may often be
only one name in the list, if you only have 30 in total.

If you can't remember a few characters of the folder's name, then go
back to the first method. ;-)

¹ Only 12 are incoming mailboxes. The remaining 1011 contain sorted
mail, so are visited less frequently.
