I downloaded the following file from the IRS:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-drop/n-10-55.pdf

and you can also see it here, for convenience:
http://38.119.130.12/good.pdf

When I email it, to, say, hotmai or outlook, it changes in the downloading:
http://38.119.130.12/bad.pdf

Apparently, ^Ms are inserted along the way, and apparently, it's done by mutt
(but I'm not really sure).

Attempts to purge the ^Ms with vi just make things worse (I guess Adobe needs
some of them):

How do I get mutt (if it's really mutt) to not do this? The attachments are
preceded by:
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="funding relief 10-23.pdf"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable" if that helps.

Thanks!
