What are talking about "impossible?"  There's no such thing.

What I'd do is add a filter onto getmail that just strips it out.  But if
you aren't using getmail, then you'd have to do something else.

If all you care about is not seeing the signatures (but leaving them in
the files) then use a display_filter:

If it has to get removed form the files themselves, then you could write
a script that would do it, depending on whether you use mbox or maildir
format.
