This was working many years ago when I used Debian/Woody but since Sarge it does not more work. "mutt" ignore the USERNAME@ part and you can not more copy from one account to another, except it is another machine where you have the same login name AND password. I have alread reported this bug to the Debian BTS since it is VERY annoying.
