Hi, Simon.
Now I have in my .muttrc
...
set folder="~/mail/inbox"
set spoolfile="+spoolfile"
set mbox="+mbox"
set postponed="+postponed"
...
I changed $MAIL to /home/user/mail/inbox/spoolfile so I can have
every mail file in my home, I don't use system mail, just Mutt.

I will keep an eye on it, by the moment I make a cron backup of
~/mail/inbox every 15 minutes.

Best regards.
Jose.
