$wrap wraps lines at the specified characters.$smart_wrap wraps lines at word boundary. But only if the lines are longer than screen width, not when they are longer than $wrap.
Is there a way for a really smart wrap, as in wrap text at $wrap characters, but if a word exceeds $wrap characters, to not wrap it?
That'd be great for URLs, which are unusable with wrap=80.
