Hmm, I've been limping along with [ and ] for half page scrolls. I'm using Terminal.app on a Mac. I just tried Fn-Shift-UpArrow and ...-DownArrow and they seem to produce PageUp and PageDown from mutt's point of view. You may or may not need the Fn-; I'm pretty sure I've ticked a preference to invert Fn- for the function keys and pssibly the arrows.
