.muttrc

Hi folks,

I screwed up my .muttrc and its lost..
I had the file at  ~/.muttrc

I did a mv ~/<some fname> ~/.muttrc

instead of

mv ~/<fname> ~/.mutt/

and now its gone.. :(
Is there a way to retrieve my ~/.muttrc back on Sun ?
