makedoc: /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.4' not found

Hello,

I am compiling mutt-1.5.16 on Debian, and there was above error. It
seems the GLIBC_2.4 is not an official package in Debian, now can I
modify the Makefile not to run makedoc?
