man urlview provides
REGEXP regexp
urlview uses a regular expression to extract URLs
from the specified text files. \r, \t, \n and \f
are all converted to their normal printf(3)
meanings. The default REGEXP is:
(((https?|ftp|gopher)://|(mailto|file|news):)[^'
\t<>"]+|(www|web|w3)\.[-a-z0-9.]+)[^' \t.,;<>":]

write your own script putting the regex result into a variable and
evoke the browser of your choice: firefox %s
call the different scripts via different key combinations
