howto convert Mbox to Mh

Hi,

I seek a solution to convert from Mbox to Mh :

-a) /var/mail/$USER  => " Mbox /Mbx "
-b)  $HOME/Mail/Mh.


what is the best way  :

-a) use Procmail to convert
-b) use mutt to read and stock the message
